WELCOME to Creative Living Systems Division of Factory Built Accessible Homes
By way of providing housing and housing services we have taken the traditional service delivery model to the EXTREME.
After several home purchases from out of state manufacturers we have decided to build our own. Right here in Delaware, Ohio you can come into our showroom of accessibility, select the features, styles of items throughout the home and place your order. Our homes are approved for anywhere in the State of Ohio but don’t let that limit you. Contingent states have expressed interest and one may be yours.
Our first line of homes, The Morgan House, is a completely accessible three bedroom, two bath, 1450 square foot home. These homes can come with fire safety systems, computer operated mechanicals, video monitoring, etc. Large bedrooms roll in shower, accessible appliances, lots of natural lighting, lever door handles, and the list goes on.
Plans are underway for a four bedroom, two bath accessible home and we hope to begin production soon.
Although our production of Accessible Homes has just begun, we are excited about the opportunities that this presents by helping to provide housing to anyone with accessibility needs. These homes are great for individuals with developmental disabilities suddenly living with “roommates” or needing an accessible home as all of us have changing needs as we grow older. These homes are also wonderful for the older adult who no longer needs the big home with two stories yet still wants plenty of well designed space.
